Mary D'Oyley

Ms. Mary Helen D’Oyley, 62, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Monday, September 30, 2019, at her home. She was a daughter of the late Glover Walter Akins and Retha Louise Smith Akins.

She worked at Publix’s in the Deli and Bakery Department. At an early age she attended Mt. View Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Randy L. Akins.

Left with many fond and loving memories are one daughter, Christy Irby (fiancé’ Carlton Pinkney) of Greenville; one son, Joseph (Tonya) D’Oyley of Greenville; two sisters, Cathy Griggs and Pamela Blassingame, both of Greenville; two brothers, Walter (Melva) Akins of Simpsonville, and Danny Charles Akins of Greenville; her fiancé, Franklin Harper of the home; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
