Mary Neely

Mrs. Mary Helen Neely, 91, of 1322 Ridge Road, Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Fleming and Maggie Bailey Prince.

Mary was educated in the Greenville County School System. She was a retiree of Kmart-Church Street in Greenville. She was a devoted member of the Laurel Creek United Methodist Church and Prince Hall Order of the Eastern Star, Tuscan Chapter #162.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, L.C. Neely, Sr.; two sisters; five brothers; a granddaughter, Kesha Fendley; one grandson, Mitchell Prince; and a great-grandson, Craig Taylor.

Left with many loving memories are a daughter, Patricia Prince of Greenville; sons, John Douglas (Linda) Prince, L.C. Neely, Jr., and Kenneth Eugene Neely, Sr., all of Greenville and Craig Leon Neely of Mauldin; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
