Maxine Evans Glover

Mrs. Maxine Evans Glover, 71, of Anderson, South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at her home. She was a daughter of the late William Murray Evans and Ethel Pearl Yeargin.

She was a Sterling High School graduate and worked as an operator for IBM; she was also a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses Greenville South Congregation.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Evans; and three brothers, Steve Evans, William Evans and Edward Evans.

Surviving are two daughters, Brigette Evans of Anderson, SC and Koren Clayton of Greer, SC; four sisters, Jerline (Leroy) Moore,Jeanett McGee, Joyce (Franklin) Jones, all of Greenville, SC and Tammy Evans (Ben) Long of Easley, SC; two brothers, Curtis Evans of New Haven, CT, and Anthony Evans of Greenville, SC; four grand-children, Bralon Evans, MaKayla Evans, Kiya Evans and Malerick White; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
