Deacon Donald Lewis Hagood, Sr.

Deacon Donald Lewis Hagood, Sr., 77, of Easley, South Carolina, husband of Peggy Dickerson Hagood, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at his residence. Born in Anderson County, South Carolina, he was a son of the late James Henry and Bertha Lee Robinson Hagood.

Surviving, in addition to his wife: three daughters, Donna Hagood, Tiffinay Hagood both of Easley, SC and Natalie Mathis of the home; three son, Donald Lewis (Wilhelmina) Hagood, Jr. of Greenville, SC; Nicholas Mathis and Nehemiah Mathis both of the home; six sisters, Clarene Bowens of Liberty, SC, Doris Hagood, Frances Hagood, Mamie Henderson, Kathy (Charles) Madison all of Greenville, SC and Patricia Hagood of Liberty, SC; one brother, James Hagood of Greenville, SC; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Tuesday, September 3, 2024, 12:00noon, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
