Mr. Kavin "Butch" Evans

Mr. Kavin “Butch” Evans, 65, of Honea Path, South Carolina, husband of Frances Avery-Evans, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Callie and John Rainey Hospice House. Born in Laurens County, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Edward Evans, Sr., and Katie Jordan Evans.

Surviving in addition to his wife: one son, Kavin Quantez Evans of Due West, SC; two brothers, Sherwood (Diane) Evans of Newberry, SC and Carroll Evans of Waterloo, SC; four grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, November 30, 2024, 1:00pm, at New Harvest Ministries Church of God in Christ, with interment in Christian Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Ware Shoals SC.
