Mrs. Barbara Jean Cox

Greenville, SC

Ms. Barbara Cox, 91, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024, at Greenville Post Acute. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter the late Willie Williams and Nellie Scott Ferrell. 

Surviving: one daughter, Patricia Cox, of Greenville, SC; one son, Curtis (Claudia) Cox, of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Betty (Ervin) Williams, of Washington State; and Ann (Mason) Young, of Simpsonville, SC; she was  preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita Dial, and Hazel Little, two brothers,  William Ferrell, and June Ferrell, eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Graveside Service: Sunday, July 14, 2024, 1:00pm, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
