Ms. Betty Devore Bowens

Ms. Betty Devore Bowens, 86, of Mauldin, South Carolina, transitioned on Monday, March 31, 2025, at her residence. Born in Greenville County she was the daughter of the late Devore and Geneva Lewis Foster.

Surviving: one daughter, Sharon Mitchell, of Greenville, SC; one son, Anthony Bowens, of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Lucille McCullough, Marshall (Harold) Fowler, and Janice (John) Hackney, all of Greenville, SC; one brother, David Foster, of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Friday, April 4, 2025, 11:00am, at Long Branch Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
