Murtis Thomason

Mrs. Murtis D. Thomason, 92, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed February 23, 2021, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Broadus and Nancy Thurman Durant.

Surviving: two daughters, Lovely Rebecca (Henry) Clark of Hesperia, CA and Laura Pearl Thomason of the home; one son, Harold Charles (Paula) Thomason, Sr., of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren, Charlena Clark, Marcus Edward Clark and Stedman Marquis Makins; five great-grandchildren, DeChadre’ Robinson, Charles Yancy Thomason, III, Darius M. Allen, Madison L. Clark and Ryleigh Clark; two-great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Sunday, February 28, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Enoree Fork Baptist Church, with Interment in Church Cemetery.
