Mrs. Octavia McKelvey Allen, 73, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at Greenville Health System. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Jackson McKelvey.
Surviving: husband, Robert Allen of the home; daughter, Latreecee (John) Payne of Columbia; sons, Robert (Carmela) Allen of Smithfield, VA, Raoul (Tessa) Allen of Japan, Renoir (Angela) Allen of Powdersville, Tony (Tracey) Norman of Greenville, Roth (Cassina) Allen of Greenville, and Jermaine (Stephanie) Allen of Orlando, FL; sister, Catherine (Eddie) Evans of Chicago, IL; brother, Albert L. McKelvey of Greenville; nineteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
