Oscar Rosemond

Mr. Oscar Rosemond left this physical world and transitioned to his new home with God on January 29, 2019. He was the last one left from his immediate family. He, along with his brother, the late Reverend William Thomas Rosemond were the only children born to the late Mathious Thomas (Kiss) Rosemond and the late Martha Jane Sitton Rosemond.

He also had four other siblings; who have transitioned; Mildred Lemon, Geneva Simpson, Lasco Richardson and James L Rosemond. He also had one son who preceded him in death, Thomas Earl Rosemond .

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are two daughters, Deborah Rosemond-Goldsmith of Mauldin, SC and Cathy (John) Beauford of Atlanta, GA; three sons, Oscar L. (Yvonne) Rosemond, Diya H. Nabawi and Kenneth Bernard Rosemond, all of Greenville, SC; eighteen grand-children, forty-nine great-grandchildren, thirty great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
