Mr. Otis Clement, Sr., 89, of 113 Monteith Circle, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at St Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late James Clyde and Dollie Belle Williams Clement. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Lee Edwards Clement.
Surviving: daughters, Katherine Clement and Cindy Clement, both of the home; son, Otis Clement, Jr. of the home; sister, Peggy Jean (James) Sidney of Franklin, MA; brothers, Bob (Betty Jean) Clement of Queens, NY, and Frederick Clement of Simpsonville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
