Patsy Searles Jones

Mrs. Patsy Marie Searles Jones, 67, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Sunday, November 3, 2019, at St. Francis Downtown. She was a daughter of the late William A. and Dorothy Mae Smith Searles.

She was a retiree of the Hospitality Industry. She was a dedicated member of Mountain View Baptist Church, where she served in the Choir, Food Bank, and Hospitality Committee.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Searles; her father, William Searles; a sister, Willena Searles; and three brothers, Donald Lee Searles, William “Pee Wee” Searles and Ben Searles.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are her husband, Harry Jones of the home; one daughter, Selena (Koddie) Henderson of Simpsonville; two sons, Charles Jones (Sharita Ballard) of Greenville, SC, and Desi (LaShun) Jones of Simpsonville; one sister, Sharon Mattison of Greenville; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two aunts, Wilma J. Hill of Easley SC, and Elma McKenzie of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
