Mr. Phillip E. Neal, 66, of Greenville, passed on Friday February 22, 2019, at Heartland Healthcare Center. He was a son of Benjamin L. Neal, Sr. and the late Elizabeth G. Cox Neal.
Surviving: two brothers, Benjamin Neal, Jr. of Greenville, SC, and Jonathan (Alfair) Neal of St. Stephen, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
