Ralph McGowens

Mr. Ralph “Bob” McGowens, 100, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Sunday, May 20, 2018, at Regency Hospital. He was a son of the late Anderson McGowens and Janie Corner McGowens.
He was a retiree of Greater Greenville and a member of the Mountain View Baptist Church.
“Bob” was preceded in death by his wife, Theada “Ada” McGowens; a daughter, Geneva Reeder; and several brothers and sisters.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are one son, Jeremiah McGowens of Greenville; six grand-children, Jerome Gowan, Lisa Reeder, Sandra Reeder, Yolanda Jones, Monica Webb and Jeremiah McGowens, Jr.; ten great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grand-children, nieces, nephews, great-nieces; great-nephews; cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was a retiree of Greater Greenville and a member of the Mountain View Baptist Church.
