Mr. Raymond Louis “Youngblood” Young, Sr., 79, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Odell W. Sr., and Lillie M. Neuble Young.
Surviving: his wife, Barbara Cureton Young; six daughters, Deborah Harris, of Spartanburg, SC, Audrey Yeargin, of Greenville, SC, Tyla Gary, of Mauldin, SC, Candice Beal-Richardson, of Greenville, SC, Tomeka (DeBario) Payton, of Simpsonville, SC, and Jashka (Renwrick) Young, of Greenville, SC; three sons, Dustin (Lareka) Beal, of Boiling Springs, SC, Raymond (Brittany) Young, Jr., of Greenville, SC, and Dallas Beal, of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Johnsie (Adolphus) Mims and Loretta Nash, both of Spartanburg, SC; one brother, Odell (Deloris) Young, Jr., of Atlanta, GA; his mother-in-law, Ann Bryant-Cureton, of Greenville, SC; twenty-seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Thursday, February 3, 2022, 2:00pm, at Relentless Church, 635 Haywood Road, Greenville, SC, with private interment.
