Mr. Richard Gathers, 51, of 203 Idlewild Avenue, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Greenville Health System. He was a son of the late Willie and Alma Jackson Gathers.
Surviving: wife, Modesta Gathers of the home; daughter, Theresa Ford of Greenville; sisters, Mirian (George) Nelson of Charleston, Carrie (Kenneth) Washington of Columbia, Gail (Leo) Brown of Columbia, Meosha Wright of Columbia; brothers, Willie (Diane) Jackson of Charleston, Ricky (Julie) Gathers of Mt. Pleasant, Robert Gathers of Charleston; and a host of other relatives and friends.
