Ricky McGowens

Mr. Ricky Darrell “Cootie Gowens” McGowens, 58,of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at St. Francis Hospital-Downtown. He was a son of the late Harold Edward and Irene Ruth Valentine McGowens.
He was a graduate of Easley High School and worked at General Electric for over 30 years. He attended Shoals Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Toney Randell McGowens.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are four brothers, Edward (Cynthia) McGowens, Terry (Janice) McGowens, Christopher (Michelle) McGowens and Troy (Tonya) McGowens, all of Easley, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
