Robert Bowens

Mr. Robert Lewis Bowens, 81, of 300 N. Fourth Street, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at Baptist Easley Hospital. Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Cassie Murphy Bowens and Odell Bowens. He was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, two sisters, six brothers.

Surviving; in addition to his wife, Josephine Bowens of the home, Daughters; Joyce Bowens, Myrtie Bowens both of Greenville SC., Robbie Bowens, Joanne Ferguson, Nona Bowens all of Greenville SC. Sons; Robert Bowens Jr., of Easley SC., Thomas Bowens of Greenville SC., Kenneth Bowens of Easley SC., Elise (Pamela) Ferguson of Easley SC., Scott (Tenickia) Byrd of Easley SC. Brother; William R. Bowens of Easley SC. Thirty two grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. Host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Friday, March 6, 2015. 2:00 P.M. at Easley Union Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley SC.
