Mr. Robert Lee Epps, Sr., 74, departed this life on Monday, November 30, 2015, at St. Francis Hospital. He was the son of the late Emma Epps.
He was a graduate of Sterling High School and was a self-employed Brick Mason. He was a member of the Nicholtown Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Foster Epps; brother, James “Boot” Epps, and sisters, Rebecca Moore and Lillie Mae Milom.
He is survived by his daughters, Sheila Epps (Jeffrey) Jones of Atlanta, GA and Rosalind Epps Davis of Greenville, SC; sons, Benjamin Austin of Atlanta, GA, Robert (Nina) Epps, Jr. of Greenville, SC and Byron (Sharon Grant) Epps, Sr. of Piedmont, SC; sister, Marion Louise Chiles of Greenville, SC; six grandchildren, Demetria Epps, Sterling Alexandria Epps, Isaac Jones, Krysta Tekila Davis, Kortavius Jordan Marshall and Erica Austin; one great-grandchild, Kanarie Myriah Davis and a host of other relatives and friends.
