Mr. Robert Lee “Rob/Smokey” Pennie, 60, of Greenville, passed on Friday, August 6, 2021, at St. Francis Downtown. He was a son of Florence Pennie Waters and the late Homer Hampton.
Surviving: in addition to his mother; his father, Emmanuel “June” Waters; one son, Jaquavious Pennie of Easley, SC; five sisters, Florence Pennie Beeks, of Greenville, SC, Gail P. Huff and Ellanor (Wade) Collins, both of
Easley, SC, Wanda (Herbert) Brown of Bufford, SC and Cynthia Martin of Maryland; two brothers, Jimmy (Anna) Waters and Eugene Waters, both of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Friday, August 13, 2021, 4:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
