Robert Simpson

Mr. Robert Lee “June” Simpson, Jr., 66, passed on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Hospice of Laurens County. He was a son of the late Robert Simpson and Louise Tolbert O. Simpson.

“June” was a graduate of Sterling High School and formerly worked for Ryder Trucking Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Shirley S. Fields and two brothers, Raymond Terry Simpson and Clarence Edward Simpson.

Surviving: a daughter, Robin Miller of Fountain Inn; a son, Clarence E. (Yolanda) Miller of Greer; a sister, Priscilla A. Blassingame of Simpsonville; two brothers, James W. Tolbert and Ezell (Sandra) Simpson, both of Greenville; relatives raised in the home, Paris Miller, Patrick Miller, Mary Hailstock, Emma Bradley, Hunter Lee (Shirley) Young and Stanley J. Young; special nephews, Ronald Blassingame and Sean’ Patrick McDonald; special nieces, Regina (Patrick) McDonald and Jessica McDonald; thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
