Mrs. Rubye Orr Sherman, 80, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Prisma Health - Greenville Memorial Hospital. She was a daughter of the late JC and Luree Blassingame Orr.
Surviving: one daughter, Francheska Willis of the home; one son, Esley Sherman of Simpsonville, SC; four siblings, Clifton (Blondell) Blassingame, Silver Springs, MD, Shirley Frazier of Atlanta, GA, Rev. Tommy (Loretta) Orr of Piedmont, SC, and Jerry (Sue) Orr of St. Augustine, FL; three grandchildren, Reginald Sherman, Jillian Sherman-Willis and Evan Sherman; one great-grandchild, Dominick Ortiz-Sherman; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Tuesday, June 20, 2023, 1:00pm at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
