Mrs. Ruth Witherspoon, 77, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at St. Francis Downtown. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Carrie Ruth Ladson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo Witherspoon.
Surviving: daughter, Michelle Hodges of Greenville; son, Stanley Witherspoon of Greenville; brother, Henry (Shirley) Ladson of Greenville; grandchildren, Temecka Madison of Denver, CO and Hannah Hodges of Simpsonville.
