Ruthie Rhome

Mrs. Ruthie Ann “Cookie” Byrd Rhome, 53, of 6 Onyx Pillar Court, Simpsonville, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at St. Francis Downtown. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of Jimmy Klugh and the late Jessie Mae Jones.

Surviving, in addition to her father: companion, Terry Dawkins of the home; daughter, Takeisha Byrd of Greenville: sons, Joshua Byrd of Simpsonville and Phillip Byrd of Greenville: sisters, Essie (Reginald) Johnson of Piedmont and Leslie Klugh of Washington, DC; brothers, Jeffrey Klugh of Washington, DC, Chris Klugh of Greenville, and Jimmy L. Klugh of Greenville; eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
