Mr. Sherman Lee "Shack" Cobb, 78, of Greenville, South Carolina, widower of the late Annie Jean Jackson Cobb, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late James and Myrtle Renrick Cobb.
Surviving: four daughters, Tracy Cobb of Greenville, SC, Petra Edwards of Columbia, SC. Keisha Hayes of Pickens, SC, and Shaniah Cobb of Greenville, SC; four sons, Terry (Melody) Cobb and Travis (Janice) Cobb, both of Greenville, SC, Tyson Cobb of San Antonio, TX, and Onta Hailstock of Alabama; three sisters, Katherine (Johnny) Miller and Anne (Calvin) Gantt, both of Greenville, SC and Carolyn Sullivan of Fresno, CA; three brothers, Willie Cobb, Theodore (Annette) Cobb, and Thomas “Blue” (Putty) Burnside; twenty grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, December 30, 2023, 12:00noon, at Tabernacle Baptist Church, with entombment in Resthaven Memorial gardens.
