Shirley Kerns

Mrs. Shirley Ann Kerns, of Columbia, South Carolina, formerly of Greenville, passed on Monday, September 3, 2018, at Palmetto Richland Health, Columbia. She was born on July 7, 1943, a daughter of the late Lander and Vernelle Little Kerns and a graduate of Sterling High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Charles E. Kerns, Alvin Kerns and Joseph Kerns.

Left to cherish many fond memories are one daughter, Judy Kerns of Easley; one son, Charles Kerns of Columbia; one sister, Betty Ransom of Piedmont; seven grand-children, Markez Kerns, Brittany Kerns, Alexis Kerns, Jaelyn Adams, Jaden Weaver, Kamorea Boles and Bryson Boles; and a host of other relatives and friends.
