Ms. Sylvia Perry Scott, 82, transitioned into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at McCall Hospice. She was the daughter of the late Myrtle Cox Perry and Walter Americus Perry.
She is survived by her eldest daughter, Barbara Scott McDowell of Greenville, SC; four sisters, Lois (Milton) Brown of Greenville, SC, Van Dee Perry, Cynthanie Perry, and Bridgeta Perry, all of Georgia; two brothers, James “Jimmy” Perry of Greenville, SC and Walter (Bessie) Perry, Jr. of Georgia; two grandchildren Katori (Anthony) Miller and Maya Scott of Greenville, SC; a very special friend, Noel White of Greenville, SC; and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Monday, July 12, 2021, 2:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with internment at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
