Mr. Timothy Ray Evans, a.k.a “Mayor of Greenline”, 51, of 108 Mt. Zion Avenue, Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Monday, May 22, 2017, at St. Francis Hospital-Downtown. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Buck McDaniel and Willie Mae Wharton Evans.

A graduate of Wade Hampton High School, where he drove a school bus for bilingual students, he was a member of Greenville County EOC and a volunteer at the Gantt Fire Department.
