Mr. Travis Antoine “Birdman” Sizemore, Sr., 39, of 11B Anchorage Dr. Greenville, South Carolina was born March 9, 1979. He peacefully took the Lord’s hand on December 15, 2018, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Travis is one of the third generation grandson of the late James and Daisy Sizemore. He was preceded in death by his parents, Susan Sizemore and Patrick Gilliam; a brother, Tyrone Sizemore; his paternal grandparents, Lewis and Mary Gilliam.
Travis attended Wade Hampton High School and later acquired his Commercial Driver’s License at Greenville Technical College. Prior to receiving his CDL license, he worked at Mr. Alternator and Dignity Service of Greenville and Moonville, S.C.
Travis was a very loving and caring individual. He loved and cared for people in the Nicholtown and surrounding communities. He also had a passion for dogs and cars.
Left to cherish many fond memories are the love of his life, Charise Christie of Greenville, SC; a daughter, Tristynn Sizemore of Greenville, SC; three sons,Tabyhize Bunkley, Travion Sizemore and Travis Sizemore, Jr., all of Greenville, SC; a sister, Tamika Robinson of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Lunyell (Sommer) Posley of Piedmont, SC; and Patrick Robinson of Greenville, SC; ten aunts, Pamela, Petra, Paula, Phatisha, Juanita and Patricia Sizemore, Jeanette Greene, Phyllis (Demetrius) Oliver, Jacqueline (Calvin) Madden and Rachel Sizemore; four uncles, Paxton, Pliska, Jimmy (Mary) Sizemore and Stephen Sizemore; and a host of other relatives and friends.
