She was a daughter of the late John Robert Dawson, Jr. and Maddie Mae White Dawson.
Surviving: husband, Thomas B. Goodlett of Spartanburg, SC; daughters, Terunda Dawson and Destiny Dawson of the home; son, Devon Dawson of Rome, Italy; sisters, Vivian Dawson King of Taylors, SC, Dorothy Dawson (Timothy) Waters of Greer, SC and Shawn Thomas of Detroit, MI; brother, John Robert (Sharon) Dawson, III of Greer, SC; three grandchildren, Ava C. Dawson, Gabrielle A. Dawson and Elman K. Dawson and a host of other relatives and friends.
