Mrs. Velma Bigby, 95, of 1167 Old Pelzer Road, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at home. Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late James and Ada Sanders.

Left to cherish her memories: daughter; Maebell (Bill) Jones: son; Wydell (Emily) Bigby: twenty-seven grandchildren: and host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service: Friday, October 10, 2014, 1:00 PM at Sweet Canaan Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
