Ms. Vicky Francine McNeil, 49, 101 H Meadow Creek Court, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Baptist Easley Hospital. Born in Lorraine Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert McNeil, and Evelyn Burts McNeil.

Surviving: are her sisters; Crystal McNeil of Ohio, Valerie (Kenny) Gamble of Easley, and Holly (Mark) Tucker of Mauldin. brother; Mark McNeil of Buffalo, New York.
