Mr. Waddell Griffin, 67, of Greenville, South Carolina, husband of Lynese Shenell Young Griffin, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at his residence. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of Golden and Mary Warden Griffin.
Surviving: four sisters, Beatrice Scurry, Jannie Bell Suber, both of Greenville, SC; Angela White, of Gastonia, NC; and Sheila Grimes, of Goldsboro, NC; four brothers, Rory Griffin, of Piedmont SC; William Griffin, and Samuel Griffin, both of Greenville, SC; Anthony Tillman, of Gastonia, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service: Thursday, May 2, 2024, 11:00am, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
