Mr. William Thomas “Ram” Pitts, of Greenville, South Carolina, was born on May 21, 1944, to the late Vandy Pitts and Adeline Fuller. He departed this life on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at McCall Hospice House.
He attended Sterling High School and worked at Budweiser of Greenville for forty-five years. He was a former member of the Part-time Truckers and Chosen Few Motorcycle Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his adoptive parents, Nathaniel and Nellie Arter; brothers, Robert and Rev. Marvin Arter, Walter B. Pitts, John Michael and Joseph Pitts.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his wife of forty-nine years, Mary Lee Blake Pitts of the home; one daughter, Candace Pitts of Greenville; one son, William T. Pitts, Jr., of Greenville; two grandchildren, Ja’Corey Pitts and Aneya Pitts; and a host of other relatives, friends and caregivers.
