Deacon William L. Pyles, Jr., 88, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Laurens County, South Carolina, he was a son of the late William L. Pyles, Sr. and Lydia Mills Pyles.
Deacon Pyles was the husband of Lillie Shaw Pyles for 47 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Patricia Dial of Mauldin, SC and Rose Pyles of Queens, NY; one sister, Genevieve Jamison of Fountain Inn, SC; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, church members, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, April 2, 2023, 1:00pm, at Beulah Christian Fellowship, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
