Mrs. Willie Mae “Tyger” Edwards, 62, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at her home. She was a daughter of the late James Caldwell Rosemond, Sr., and Janie Wadsworth Rosemond.
“Tyger” received a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Clemson University and was a former supervisor of Spinx and Pizza Hut until her health began to decline. She was a faithful member of both Sigsbee and Edgewood Church of Christ for over nineteen years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Rosemond, Jr., and Charles Rosemond, Sr.; and two nephews, Andra Rosemond and Clifford Rosemond.
Left to cherish many fond memories are her fiancé, Garfield Foster of Greenville; one daughter, Dr. Sandra Candace (Roy) Brewer of Mauldin; two sons, Columbus Brannon (Shamia Talley) and King (Betty) Brannon, both of Greenville; a niece/goddaughter, Angie Rosemond of Greenville; four sisters, Mary McClain, Angela (Nelson) Byrd, Hattie Giles and JoAnn Brown, all of Greenville; three brothers, Clifford Giles, Calvin Giles and Fred Giles, all of Greenville; twenty grandchildren, Terrance H., Dominique, Cedric, Keista, Sandquinetta, Jameric, Stephanie, Stephen, Brannden, J’Natia, Kingeitia, Kingya, Curtravious, Marques, Jaden, Jordan, Terrance B., Serenity, Tyrie, and Kinge’; eight great-grandchildren, Madison, Nazier, Taylor, A’aliyah, Brad, Messiah, Kamari and Carlo; and a host of other relatives and friends.
