Willie Valentine

Mr. Willie Lee Valentine, 75, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Prisma Health Upstate. He was a son of the late Barnwell Valentine, Sr., and Louise Anderson Valentine.

He was a high school graduate and a retired truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Gregory Mitchell Valentine; and two sisters, Rennie Johnson and Betty Duck.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories his wife, Ida Bennon Valentine of the home; one daughter, Latoya Valentine (Walter) Spencer of Greenville; one son, Lee Anthony (Kathy) Bennon of Simpsonville; two sisters, Marguerite Jameson of Easley, and Edna (Carlton) Powell of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Barnwell (Linda) Valentine, Jr., of Taylors; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
