Mr. Wofford Walter “Walt” Strawther, Jr., 84, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed August 3, 2021, at his residence. He was the son of the late Wofford Walter, Sr., and Annie Mae Chapman Strawther.
Surviving: his wife, Corine Dotson Strawther of the home; three daughters, Sarah Lynn Wilson and Sonja Hooker, both of Greenville, SC and Katreya Strawther of the home; one son, Rev. Walter (Toni) Strawther of Columbia, SC; one sister, Mary Chapman of Philadelphia; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, August 14, 2021, 2:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
